Advances in Seafloor-Mapping Sonar

DELPH Presentation at the 12th ASF congress
IXSEA attended the 12th French Sedimentology Association (ASF) congress in Rennes (FR).
A presentation of ECHOES sub-bottom profilers and DELPH Seismic software was given
- highlighting ECHOES transducer technology resulting in high-penetration
and high-resolution sub-bottom profiler sources
- introducing DELPH new generation of geophysical software simplifying data acquisition
and empowering geophysical interpretation

DELPH Presentation at GEBCO 4th Science Day
IXSEA participated to the 4th GEBCO Science Day.
Two presentations were given:
- SHADOWS Mapping Sonar - A new tool for the hydrographers, oceanographers and the survey industry
- DELPH - New ways to share and visualize marine geophysical data
DELPH presentation focussed on its native use of modern geophysical and GIS standards, optimizing the workflows and giving new possibilities to users.

DELPH Seismic Interpretation
- Batch export of the interpretation from multiple profiles to CSV files
- Water-Column removal was added to the processing
- Navigation import tool
- Apply top-correction and swell filter to TIF profile output
- Cursor information was added in the local information panel
- Native GeoTIFF format generation including projection information
- Grid display settings available from the settings window
- Release of DELPH Seismic Advanced Notes to complement the user manuals
DELPH Sonar Interpretation
- Slant correction is no more applied by default to ease the bottom tracking QC
- Built-in layback post-processing tool
- Navigation import tool
- Batch export of targets and annotations from multiple profiles to CSV files

- Real-Time excluded areas are preserved during line switching
